Removing Spyware, Viruses and Trojans

As most of you know, these days viruses, spyware, and all sorts of other worms, backdoors and trojans are everywhere.
Even if you run updated anti-virus software, and a firewall, it's entirely likely that if you use Windows, your PC will get infested with something sooner or later.
